Golden Globes Best and Worst Dress

Last night, the Golden Globes were aired. And with many actors winning awards, some are to be giving on the red carpet. Some may be good and some, well, let's just say they should have stayed home

  • "Young Adult" nominee Charlize Theron is stunning in this pale blush Dior Couture gown, with belted bow detail finished with a Cartier gem and a serious slit that shows a little leg. Her vintage-inspired 'do, sparkly headband and dewy makeup make this look a head-to-toe winner.

  • How can you mess with perfection? Yes, nominees Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie make it tough to nitpick, but this is not their best look. Angie looks very Queen of Hearts in a white Atelier Versace gown with pops up red, and Brad ... well, fine, he's handsome as always, but I prefer him a little more clean-cut.

  • "Modern Family" nominee Sofia Vergara shows off her signature curves in this peacock-colored Vera Wang gown. Fitted up top, the strapless dress explodes with a swirl of pleats from the waist down, with a small train to add even more glamour.

  • Sarah Michelle Gellar got dip-dyed and splattered with color in this tie-dye-inspired Monique Lhuillier gown. I love that she let her two-year-old daughter choose what she'd wear, and the print definitely stands out, but the size of the gown overwhelms her petite frame.

  1. I watched the Golden Globes with my mom! I do wish that The Help would have won an award. That was an amazing movie.
