Gossip; Miley Cyrus is looking a little to revealing!

Former Disney Channel star, Miley Cirus, was in a Robert Cavalli yellow dress at the CNN Heroes: An all-star tribute. The dress showed a large amount of cleavage. According to the public, The 19 year-old had breast implants! Seems a little extreme for a 19 year-old to have such a drastic cosmetic surgery, don't you think?


Miley quickly defends herself against the accusations about her body. She tweets;


"Im 19! BOOBS GROW, PEOPLE!"


"I wish people would realize that you dont have to be fake to be beautiful."


"Thank you for the compliment, but these babies are all mine."



Miley did not enhance her chest or have any type of surgeries done; Although, many other stars did this year. LeAnn Rimes, Nicole Richie and Teen Mom star Farrah Abraham are among some of those stars.
