Is Money the Answer?

Teachers say no and parents say yes!!! In four states an experiment was performed to see if money helped students show up,get good grades and in some cases not getting pregnant. In the four states students were paid a good chunk of money to get good grades which did happen but teachers say that its not good enough because standardized test scores did not improve and students should not get paid for something they are suppose to do. Parents on the other hand are saying that we should do whatever it takes to make students succeed.
