Best Coach Ever?

Lastnight was just a regular day in college hoops. Teams all over the nation had games as the early season matchups roll on. There was a very important game being played in Madison Square Garden in New York though. It Big Ten's Michigan State Spartans taking on the ACC's Duke Blue Devils.

The game started off tight and the Spartans took an early lead, which wouldnt last long. Duke's talented team quickly erased the margin and exceeded that by taking a commanding 20 point lead over the Spartans. Duke did not look back and maintained the lead until late in the second half when the Spartans put together a rally of their own! It just wasn't enough and the game ended as Duke prevailed, only winning by five points (74-69)

Seth Curry led the Blue Devils with 20 points, 7 rebounds, and 4 assists. Keith Appling was the stat leader for the Spartans having some impressive numbers himself with 22 points and 4 rebounds.

Although the game was good to watch, it was bigger than most imagined. Coach K (Mike Krzyzewski) reached a milestone that no other coach has. Coach K passed Bob Knight lastnight with the win over the Spartans, giving him 903 career wins. The game was great, but it was even more amazing to see who some call the best coach of all time reach a milestone so respectable.
